Inquiries and service agreements

This website provides information about our services and lets you request a conversation or estimate. An inquiry or automated confirmation does not reserve a date, accept a job, create a paid service contract, or guarantee pricing or availability. This site does not collect payment or sell subscriptions.

Before work begins, the scope, price, timing, payment schedule, cancellation and refund terms, and any applicable warranty or license must be confirmed in a separate project agreement. An estimate may depend on information, inspection, access, and availability. A separately accepted service agreement controls the project if it conflicts with these website terms. Nothing here changes an existing service agreement.

Who may submit and what you provide

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to submit a service inquiry. If acting for a company or someone else, you must have authority to make the inquiry. Provide accurate contact and project information and only share materials you have permission to provide. Do not submit payment card data, government identification, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Submitting a form authorizes us to respond about that request using the contact information you provide. It is not consent to automated promotional calls, texts, or a marketing subscription. Your submission grants only the permission needed to review and respond to the inquiry; it does not grant a general right to publish your materials.

Vehicle services and visual previews

Photographs and the 3D viewer illustrate possible appearances. Screen settings, lighting, vehicle details, and materials affect results; confirm film and color using a physical sample and an agreed scope. Availability and suitability are subject to review.

Wraps, protective films, tint, correction, and detailing have material and condition limitations. A film does not make paint damage-proof, and existing damage can affect installation, removal, and results. Specific coverage, aftercare, and any manufacturer or installation warranty must be confirmed in your service agreement. Window tint and other modifications must comply with applicable vehicle requirements; website examples are not a determination that a particular modification is lawful for your vehicle or location.

Website content and permitted use

Website photographs, films, graphics, logos, text, and other materials belong to Mafia Wraps or their respective rights holders. You may view the site and share links to it. Any reproduction, commercial reuse, distribution, or use of a brand mark requires the relevant rights holder’s permission unless the law allows it.

Do not use the site for unlawful activity, submit spam or malicious code, impersonate others, interfere with operation, bypass access controls, or attempt to obtain someone else’s private inquiry data. We may restrict abusive access as permitted by law.

Outside services

Links and optional third-party tools are provided for convenience. Independent providers control their own availability, content, terms, and privacy practices. Brand names and trademarks remain the property of their owners; displaying them does not by itself imply a partnership or endorsement.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep website information useful and accurate, but information can change or contain errors. Confirm important project details with us before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mafia Wraps is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to access the website. This provision does not limit responsibility that cannot legally be limited, including applicable responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or injury, and does not remove statutory consumer remedies. Warranties and responsibilities for paid work are addressed in the separate service agreement and applicable law.

Changes, questions, and accessible assistance

Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. New terms apply to future website use and inquiries, subject to applicable law; they do not retroactively change a separately agreed project. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
